Steps

Boil the chana daal in cooker and take 3-4 whistle, then put the nutrela in hot water, then rinse its water when it gets soften.

Grind nutrela in grinder after it gets cool. Then mash the chana daal also and mix it.

Then add chopped ginger,green chilli,onion and coriander leaves.Also add salt,Red chilli powder and garam masala into it to make a kabab batter.

Finally give a shape of tikki from batter and take a pan and put Oil as per need and add tikki to fry at low flame from both the sides till it become golden brown and crisps.

Ready to serve with chutney and onion.
