Garlic fried rice with sliced grilled beef sirloin

For me, I think garlic and beef are one of the best companions. I try cooking simple grilled beef sirloin with garlic fried rice which full of beef fragrance. It smell so nice and taste really good. Highly recommend for beef lovers.

Prepare ingredients. Pat the steak dry using a paper towel. Season each sides of the beef sirloin with Kosher salt and ground black pepper.

In a saucepan, heat vegetable oil with low-medium heat. Fry garlic until golden and crispy. Set aside.

In the same saucepan, heat olive oil with high heat. Cook one side for 3-5 min until it surface become crust. Flip the steak over to cook the other side. Put salted butter on top. Sprinkle dry rosemary on top. Use your finger to check for the doneness.

Transfer to a cutting board. Rest for 5 min before slice.

In the same saucepan, turn on medium-high heat. Add steamed brown rice. Season with soy sauce, ground black pepper and fried garlic. Stir fry for 2-3 min. Transfer to a serving platter.

Place sliced grilled beef on rice. Top with fried egg. Serve.
