Dry roast Sabudana and Phalidana without soaking, fry for 5-7 minutes on low flame. grind after cooling.

Make a smooth paste by adding 1 cup of water. Add rajgira flour to it and mix, make a smooth paste.

After this add boiled mashed potatoes and mix it. Add rock salt, black pepper powder, cumin, green chili, ginger, green coriander and mix it. Add water as required and mix to make a thick batter.

Spread ghee on a non-stick tawa (griddle) and spread the batter on a low flame. Cover and cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.

After opening the lid and leaving the tawa from below, flip it in the same way till it turns golden brown on both the sides.

Take out in a serving dish and serve hot parathas with ghee.
