Ingredients

  • Grated potatoes
  • Grated carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 2 table spoon of flour
  • Seasoning
  • Onions
  • Green and yellow bell Peppers
  • 2 tbswater
  • Vegetable Oil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix the grated carrot,and grated potatoes together

  2. 2

    Add your onions and your peppers

  3. 3

    Add in your eggs and your seasoning mix everything together

  4. 4

    Add your flour and mix it very well

  5. 5

    Add a little oil to your pan and then add your mixture little by little Allow it to cook and then turn the other side and allow it to cook too you can serve it with your hot tea or with your cold juice.Enjoy
