Eggs en Cocotte in Sandwich Bread
This recipe is adapted for the Weight Watchers program.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Flatten the slices of sandwich bread with a rolling pin and place them in muffin tins or ramekins. Add the crème fraîche (or sour cream).

Crack each egg, separating the whites from the yolks. Add only the egg whites to the bread cups. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Add salt.

Bake for a few minutes until the egg whites are set. Add the yolks on top. Return to the oven for a few seconds. As soon as you take them out, grind some fresh black pepper on top!
