Lemon Honey Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  1. 2boneless Chicken breast
  2. 1/2 tbspTapioca flour
  3. 1 tspSalt
  4. 1 pinchpepper
  5. 2 tbspExtra virgin olive oil
  6. 1/3 cuphoney
  7. 4 clovesgarlic
  8. 1/2 cupchicken stock
  9. 1 tbsplemon juice
  10. 2 tbsplight soy sauce
  11. Dried chili flake
  12. 1 tspgarlic powder
  13. 1 tsprice vinegar
  14. Unsalted butter

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the tapioca flour with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add chicken breast and gently mix them together

    Add extra virgin olive oil into the skillet, sear the chicken breast until golden for 4-5 minutes. Rest the chicken on a plate

    Mix honey, chicken stock, light soy sauce, lemon juice and rice vinegar in a bowl

    Cut garlic into small dices and sear it in the pan with unsalted butter with low heat

  5. 5

    Add the sauce to the pan when the garlic starts turning brown. Let the sauce simmer until the texture thickened

    Add chicken into the pan and mix well with the sauce. Add 1/4 tsp of tapioca to thicken the sauce.

    Season with garlic power, dried chili flake, and lemon zest
