Add water, sugar, salt, vanilla extract and butter in a pan. Let them simmer. Turn off the stove.

Add sifted flour in it and mix till all cooperate. Now leave it till came at slightly warm. Now add an egg and mix well. Mixture should be lumpy.

Put the mixture into a piping bag with nozzle.
Make churros in desired shape on a butter paper. Now keep in the freezer for 20 minutes. - 4
Let them out from the freezer and fry into about 350°F preheated oil.

Cook till golden in colour. Let them out from oil. Make a mixture of sugar and cinnamon. Coat all fried churros in it.

Serve with chocolate sauce. Tasty churros are ready to serve 💕
