Boiled potatoes peeled mashed add green chilly green coriander leaves chopped salt red chilly powder garam masala powder dry mango powder mix everything well. Boiled 2/3 tablespoon vermicelli and drain water mix in the mixer. Make cutlets of any shape.

Take a small bowl add cornflour add water make the slurry keep aside. Take a plate and put on roasted Vermecili.

Meanwhile heat up the oil in a pan. Take cutlets to dip them into cornflour slurry coat in roasted vermicelli then deep fry till golden in color. Then remove it on tissue paper.

Your easy tasty cutlets are ready to Serve.
Serve hot or warm.
