In a pan heat oil. Add onions and fry till translucent.

Then add tomatoes cut in cubes. Add salt.

When tomatoes become soft add green chillies and mix well. Then add fresh coriander cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Turn off the flame

Serve with boiled rice or naan or chapati and give a vegetarian treat to your taste buds 😋🤤
