  • 2 poundshotdogs
  • 1 quartgreen chili see my recipe Green Chili
  • 16hotdog buns
  • 1/3 cupGreek yogurt mayonnaise
  • as neededwater to boil the hotdogs

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the chili

  2. 2

    Boil the hotdogs

    To make Greek Yogurt mayonnaise, add equal parts of a good Greek yogurt and a good Mayonnaise together and mix.

  4. 4

    Toast the hotdog buns in a dry pan

    Move to a plate and repeat till done

    Add a teaspoon to of yogurt mayonnaise to each bun

  7. 7

    Add a hotdog and top off with Green Chili
