Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1 cupflour
  2. 1 tspbaking powder
  3. 1/2 cupmilk
  4. 1egg
  5. 6shallots, peeled and halved (you can use half an onion)
  6. 1/2bell pepper, diced
  7. 1 cantuna in oil
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 1/2 tsppowdered broth
  10. Paprika flakes as topping

Steps

  1. 1

    Combine and mix well flour and baking powder. Add egg, then milk, stir well.

  2. 2

    Add tuna in oil. Mix thoroughly. Add the rest of the ingredients (except paprika flakes). Mix well.

  3. 3

    Coat a casserole dish with a bit of oil or butter. Pour the batter inside. Top with paprika flakes.

  4. 4

    Bake in approximately 180 Celcius degrees for about 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can insert a skewer inside the cake. If it is clean (not runny), it is done.
