The name is innovative as described by me. It's not only beautiful but also i think it's the most basic Salad made in every Indian home on a everyday basis. Simple and healthy Salad made with easily available ingredients. It's not only done effortlessly but also is quite healthy with all the goodness of the Vegetables used in it. And is done with locally procured one's that are easily available.
And therefore it is an everyday Salad actually and that's why the name aptly suggests the same.
Fresh Green Chillies can be used but if you prefer, you can use pickled Jalapenos like me because they give a distinct flavour to the Salad. There is no dressing used in this at all. The juice of the Vegetables used in it is enough and worthwhile.

Enjoy No Cooking with Zeen!

Steps

No Cook Recipe
  1. 1

Cut, chop or dice the Vegetables accordingly. Keep it handy until ready to use. Local Tomatoes are used in this Salad but as I had Cherry Tomatoes handy, I used them instead.

  2. 2

Serve it well tossed with the rest of the ingredients. That's it. To maintain the crunch, serve it immediately after tossing up everything. Enjoy!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
