This paratha tastes delicious, especially with tea/milk. Very convenient for a long journey. It won't need any companion like achar or shake.
Steps

Combine coriendar leaves, chillies and garlic. Add a little water and grind it to make coarse paste. Mix flour, salt and oil. Next add the paste, combine well aneld make soft dough for parathas using water as needed.

Roll a small paratha. Apply oil all over and Sprinkle flour. Fold it to halat and repeat.

Prepare all triangles similarly.

Heat up a pan. Roll up parathas using minimal dusting (excessive dusting makes paratha dry). Fry them with much oil. Fry them on high flame most of the time to get very soft parathas.

Serve hot with tea.

Variation: coriendar leaves may be replaced with mint leaves (also add chat masala) or fresh Basil leaves(use olive oil for movan)
