Wash and soak 1 cup of moong lentil in water. Next day drain the water and splash some water on the lentil and cover it. Splash water 2-3 times a day on moong lentil and after 24 hours you will see the spouts are coming out. Repeat the process and after 2 days you will see big sprouts coming out from the lentils. It doubles in size and sometimes more than double depending on the weather condition. After that finely chop the onion and green chillies.

In a wok add 2 tbsp olive oil and fry the peanuts on medium heat else it will burn. Then take it out in a plate and in the same oil fry the green peas. You can use any either fresh or frozen. Once done take them out and fry the corn kernels in it. After it's done take them out too. Now add a tbsp olive oil in the wok and add the onions in it fry it till transparent then add the green chillies and salt. Saute for a minute then add the Sprouted moong lentils and fry for 2-3 minutes.

Then add all the fried ingredients and mix them well then add roasted cumin powder, chaat masala powder and amchur powder or lime juice to it. Mix it well and serve hot.
