Ingredients

  • for pasta:
  • 250 GramsFarfalle
  • 6 CupsWater
  • for sauce:
  • 2 TablespoonsButter
  • 2 TablespoonsFlour
  • 250 GramsMushroom stems removed, chopped,
  • 2 CupsMilk
  • 1 CupWater
  • 2 TablespoonsCheese grated,
  • other ingredients :
  • 1 TablespoonItalian seasoning
  • To TasteSalt
  • To Taste(Optional) Pepper

  1. 1

    N a saucepan, boil water, add pasta and cook as per the package directions.

  2. 2

    In a skillet, melt butter, add flour, cook until the flour is fragrant. Add milk (1 1/2 cup), stir vigorously to make the mixture lump free.

  3. 3

    Add in the mushrooms, simmer for about 15 minutes. Add water or milk whenever the mixture looks too thick, stir frequently.

  4. 4

    In a blender, pour in half of the sauce and blend to a fine paste, pour the sauce back into the skillet.

  5. 5

    Add in the pasta, season with Italian seasoning.
