Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppalm sugar
  2. 3 tbspsalt
  3. 3 tbspza'atar (if you can't find it, mix equal amount of marjoram, oregano, and thyme)
  4. 2 tbsppaprika
  5. 2 tbspkaffir lime powder
  6. 1 tbsplime powder
  7. 3 tbsppaprika flakes
  8. 3 tbspgarlic powder
  9. 1 tbspmasala powder
  10. 1 tbspground black pepper
