Halve potatoes lengthways, drizzle with oil, season with salt and paper

Roast for 45 minutes (220 C)

Fry bacon lardons for 10 minutes

Scoop out the potato flesh

Mix potato, soured cream, butter, half of the cheese and bacon. Season with salt and pepper.

Spoon it back into potato skin

Sprinkle with cheese and grill for 10 minutes
