Ingredients

4 servings
  • 11/2 CupFlavoured Sugar Syrup
  • 300 gDiced Cucumber
  • 1 tbsLemon Zest

Steps

  1. 1

    Put cucumber and zest in a blender,add 30cl of water,blend till smooth

    Strain/sieve into a jug,now add sugar syrup,mix well

    Refrigerate

    Serve
