In a bowl 🥣 mix flour, salt, yeast and sugar and combine well. Slowly add water until it forms a soft and smooth dough, cover and keep for 1 hr or until double in size.

In a small bowl 🥣 and add egg & milk beat lightly, keep aside, flatten the balls to 2 mm thickness, brush top with egg& milk mixture, sprinkle black seeds on top.

Keep & rest for 10 -15 mins, meanwhile pre heat over to 200 ° c, after 10 - 15 mins place the bread into the oven and bake for 15 -20 mins, until bottom is light brown& top is golden brown, remove and let it cool completely. The bread will harden as it cools down and enjoy.
