Pulao or pulav , is comfort food at its best and I make it when I want to cook something quick, easy and satisfying. This one-pot dish made with fragrant rice and colorful healthy vegetables has added spices and herbs, giving it a mild fragrant flavor.

Steps

Take rice soke for 10 mins

Take a kadai add oil, 3 cups of water

Keep till 1 boil add salt, lemon juice, rice

Keep till 10 mins

Divide rice in 3 parts add orange, green and white food colour drops to each one.

Take a non-stick kadai add oil, carrot, green peas, beans, onion, soyabean, cauliflower stir for 5 minutes

Add salt, garam masala, Biryani masala, red chilli powder and add rice one upon one

Mix well add panner

Mix well an keep on simmer for 5 minutes

Your yummy vegetable pulao ready to serve
