Marinate Chicken with Oil, onion, Ginger,Garlic paste & tomato puree for 1/2 an hour. Take a frying pan on gas oven & add marinated chicken on it. Add turmeric powder & Coriander powder with it. Fry it for 10 minutes in high flame. Add a little water, again fry it well.

Then in a kadai, place the Chicken masala & 1 whole garlic. Add 2 tbs. water & again fry it, till oil comes out from masala. In a frying pan, heat water. Add this water in kadai & add salt.Cover & cook it for 15 minutes in low flame.

When Chicken turns soft, add black pepper powder. Boil it for 1 minute. It's done. Turn off the flame. Now serve it with Roti or Rice.
