Ingredients

Fill pot about 1/3 up with water
1onion
6 clovesgarlic
1 tspmustard seed
1 tbspcelery seed
2 tbspthyme
1whole bottle PA maple syrup
1 1/2 cupkosher salt

Steps

Boil all ingredients and let cook and brine birds for 3 days. Inject both breasts and legs before cooking and cover. And pour 2 cups of brine into each pan.
