Wash and boil the baby potatoes, peel off the skin and then roast in oil

Wash and steam the Spinach for 2-3 minutes in the wide vessel with very water and remove the leaves and wash in cold water and blanch in grinder and prepare the Smooth puree

Now heat the oil, crackle Cumin seeds in the pan and stir fry Chopped onions and green chilli, ginger garlic paste for 3-4mins

Next add the Palak puree to them and give the nice boil and cook them for about 10mins, lastly add Garam masala and now add the potatoes and mix them well and cook them for about 5-7mins till everything blends and gives a good taste

Do serve them hot with Roti or Paratha or Rice
