8 ozcream cheese (room temp)
1 lbstrawberries(diced)
1/2 csugar
1 tsplemon juice
Egg roll wrappers
1 tbspCinnamon (optional)

Add room temp cream cheese, sugar and lemon juice in a mixing bowl. Mix until fluffy and well incorporated.

Fold in strawberries

Take your egg roll wrappers. And place mixture diagonally. And roll

Put in freezer for about 5-10 mins so it can harden up a bit.

Place in fryer till golden brown (the mixture might spill out a bit but it’s ok)

Once done set them in a plate with a napkin so the oil can be absorbed.

(Optional) mix cinnamon and sugar in a bowl and roll the rolls in it for a delicious coat.
