Add ghee to kadai and add suji. Saute till we get the sweet smell. Transfer to a plate.

Add water in Kadai. Add saffron strands, and sugar and bring to a boil. Once the water boils add suji to it and mix well.
Add ghee to a small pan and roast cashews and raisins. Once golden add in Kadai and mix well. - 3
Add cardamom powder and mix. Serve hot. Add ghee to kadai and add suji. Saute till we get the sweet smell. Transfer to a plate.
