Break up Brioche Rolls into Ramekins

Beat Egg, Mixed Spice and Milk in a jug

Split the Sultanas between the 2 Ramekins

Add Egg, Milk and Mixed Spice mix between the 2 Ramekins

Airfry for 20 mins at 170°
