Steps

Peel and dice your Irish potatoes into halves. Wash and pour in a pot. Sprinkle some salt and cook it.

Drain and set aside. In a pot, add little oil and fry the cooked potatoes. Drain and keep aside.

Add oil in a separate pot, onion and beef, stir fry for some minutes. Add ginger garlic paste, black pepper.

Add scotch bonnets and red bell peppers, thyme and curry powder, ground Allspice, seasoning cubes and salt. Stir and add the potatoes, stir fry.

Sprinkle of parsley flakes. When it's done, serve.
