For marination of veggies.
Take a bowl add all ingredients curd all dry spices fried onions and mix veggies soya chunks 2 tomatoes chopped mix everything well - 2
Do not add salt mix with hands cover the bowl with a lid and keep aside for 25 min.

For rice heat up the water in a heavy bottom pan / vessel add all whole spices add salt 1 tablespoon oil green coriander leaves and mint leaves chopped add soaked and drain rice cook 80% of the rice

For biryani
Heat up oil in a heavy bottom pan add a slice of onion and fry till translucent add marinated mix veggies add crushed ginger garlic cover with the lid cook veggies till 80%cook - 5
Stir between add salt and cover cooked completely. add 80%cooked rice (drain from water and cool down) spread on veggies sprinkle fried onions coriander leaves mint leaves yellow food colour

Heat up tawa put on biryani pot cover and cook for 15 min. on low.. Serve hot/warm
