Sorrel is a red colour flower, blossoming in winter.Sorrel is used for reducing sudden and ongoing pain and swelling (inflammation) of the nasal passages and respiratory tract, for treating bacterial infections. along with conventional medicines.

As per taste the flowers are a bit sour, but tastes amazing if the drink is properly prepared. Do try this simple drink and get the best benefits. I procured these fruits from my village garden.
