Soak both the dal together for 3 hours. Grind the soaked dal with ginger and green chillies. After grinding, transfer the paste to a big bowl.

Add methi, chopped onion, and spices. Mix the mixture well. Deep fry Vada in hot oil till golden crisp brown. They can be made in appe pan as well as air fried.

Remove on absorbent paper and serve hot with mint chutney and ketchup.
