Steps

Cook pasta to 75% or roughly 2 mins less than suggested on packet

Slice garlic thinly and add to pan with oil.

2 mins before pasta is done, turn garlic and oil on medium heat. Cook for a minute or just until the garlic starts to change color slightly

Get 1/2 cup (120g) of pasta water and add to oil to simmer.
- 5
Drain the pasta and add to the garlic and oil. Season with pepper and chilli flakes to taste. (Optional - add parmesan)
