Steps

Brush the oil on brinjal tomato and potato. Add cloves of garlic by inserting in the brinjal (i have skipped it). And charr on the flame so that skin separates out easliy

Do the same with potato for colour and flavor

Now remove the skin, and mash them well
- 4
Now add onion, green chilli and remaing ingredients mix well.

Serve with paratha. Its a kind of bab ganoush or gujarati olo
Whatever we like to name it by adding or subtracting some ingredients.
