  1. 250 gmHung curd
  2. 5 table spoonCondensed milk
  3. 5 tablespoonFresh cream
  4. 3 tablespoonNolen gur
  5. as requiredGhee/ Butter- For greasing

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Remove water from yoghurt by straining it on a sieve for 5- 6 hour. Greek yoghurt can also be used instead of hung curd.In that case,skip the above-mentioned process.

    Mix condensed milk,fresh cream with hung curd and whisk together until smooth and lump free. Ingredients need to be kept at room temperature during preparation.

    Mix liquid jaggery with the mixture.

  4. 4

    Grease small dessert bowls for steaming.

  5. 5

    Pour the mixture in a dessert bowl. Cover the bowl,either with aluminium foil or lid.

    Steam in a covered vessel or bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°c for 25 minutes. Use steaming hot water, underneath the dessert bowl,while baking.

    Chill in the refrigerator for two hours.Serve chilled
