Boil amla in the pressure cooker. (Only 1 whistle)Let it cool. Remove seeds from them. Now mix amla, salt, red chili powder, and jaggery.

Heat oil in a pan. Let it cool. Add this oil to the amla mixture. Fill it in a clean glass bottle. Keep it in the Sun for 4-5 days or until jaggery melts and mixes in the amla.

Your tasty sweet amla pickle is ready to eat. Enjoy it with parathas or Puri.
