Ingredients

6 people with 6 slices
  1. Caramel
  2. 1/2 cupsugar
  3. 1/4 cup (65 ml)hot water
  4. Custard Pudding
  5. 3 tbspcustard flour
  6. 1 tspvanilla essence
  7. 1 tinevaporated milk (susu cair)
  8. 10 gram (1 packet)serbuk agar-agar
  9. 1/2 cup (6 tbsp)condensed milk (susu pekat)
  10. 3/4 cupsugar. Can be put less if you less sweet
  11. 4 cup (2 1/3 tin)water

Steps

  1. 1

    Cook the sugar with water until it caramelised.

  2. 2

    Pour in a tin container and set a side

  3. 3

    Put all the Custard Pudding ingredients in a pot and stir well until it all mix up

  4. 4

    Stir all the ingredients in a pot on a stove with small flame. Use a whisk and do not let it lumpy (berketul).

  5. 5

    Stir all of the ingredients until boil and become a little bit thicker.

  6. 6

    Then using a strainer, strain the ingredients in the tin container with the caramel at the bottom.

  7. 7

    Let it cool down a bit before put it in a refrigerator.
