  2. 1 1/2 tspbaking powder
  3. 3 stickssoft butter
  4. 3 cupssugar
  5. 5eggs
  6. 1 cup7 up
  7. 1 tbsplemon juice
  8. 1 tsplemon zest

    Sift the flour and baking powder, put on the side

    Beat butter and sugar well for about 5 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time and beat well, add the lemon juice and lemon zest.

    Add the flour and 7up little by little and beat well. Pour in the pan and bake at 325 degrees for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Let cool. To make the glaze: take 1 half cup powder sugar, 1 tbsp milk and 1 tbsp lemon juice, mix well and pour over the cake.
