Coffee Marble Cake

Heat a kadhai spreading salt inside it. Place a stand. Then take a mixing bowl. Add curd and sugar. Mix it well. Then add oil. And mix properly.

Then sieve a maida and soda in a bowl. Mix all the ingredients well to make a smooth batter. There should be no lumps in it.

Divide the batter into two parts. Mix coffee powder in one part.

Grease the cake tin with oil. Pour a little white batter and tap the tin. Then pour a little brown batter and tap again. Likes the pour the batter taking turns. Tap the tin each time. With the help of toothpick make design on the batter as your wish.

Then keep the tin on the stand inside the kadhai. Cover it. Keep the flame medium. Bake it for 40 minutes. Check with toothpick whether it is done or not. When the toothpick brings out clean make sure it's done. Then it cool outside and demold. It turn out superb and tasty. Enjoy😊!!!!!!
