250 grmssugar
1/2 literfat milk
1 cupmilk powder
1 tspcardamom powder
Some grated dryfruits kaju badam, pista, kismis

Wash, peel off, and grate carrots. Take a kadai, add ghee, and add grated carrots. Saute for 5 minutes to reduce carrot water.

Add milk, stir well till reduces milk, and now add milk powder and sugar. Cook till halwa thickens.

Add dryfruits, cardamom powder, and 2 tsp ghee, and mix well. Enjoy hot halwa or keep it in the fridge, enjoy cold halwa as per your choice.
