In a big bowl, Add jaggery, Sugar, and Water Cover it & keep It aside.

Keep the pan for heating, add Melon Seeds, Almonds, Cashews, Walnuts, and Fox Nuts Roast them on a slow flame & take them out on a plate.

In the same pan, put some Ghee, roast the Edible Gum (Gond) on slow flame & take it out. in a mixer jar, add Fox Nuts, Walnut, and Dry Dates separately & coarsely grind them separately.

In a kadhai, Add ghee, Wheat flour, and Soaked Poppy Seeds then roast them properly.

Then put, Walnut Powder, Dry Dates Powder, Fox Nuts Powder, Coconut Crush, Gond Powder & all the ground ingredients then add Jaggery Syrup & Raisins.

Add Blueberry, and Melon Seeds mix them all & cook it.

Put the Burfi Mixture in a greased tray & keep it set for 30 mins. And Bind the Laddoos to enjoy it in winter.
