Sarson Ka Saag { Winter Special }

Wash nicely sarson, spinach & bathua & put it in pressure cooker along with cut onion 🧅 tomato 🍅 garlic 🧄 ginger & green chili with water, salt & chili powder cook on medium heat 20 to 25 minutes
After cool down open pressure cooker & remove some water from it so you can use it to dissolve makki ka aata
Blend your saag coarsely
Keep again on gas & keep boiling then add makki ka aata mixture & cook 20 minutes on slow heat so no raw flavor of aata is there - 2
Take a pan put on gas add oil + butter so butter will no burning smell
Add crushed garlic 🧄 & Kashmiri red whole chili; then add chopped onion sauté it till translucent add tomatoes 🍅 & red chili powder sauté for a minute add saag; check the seasoning
Switch off the gas ; add 1/2 ginger juliennes
Take out saag in serving bowl & garnish with left over ginger juliennes & small nob of butter 🧈 - 3
