Steps

Take wheat flour and mix pulses flour in a big bowl

Take ghee in a separate small vessel heat it till it turn into a liquid

Then add the hot ghee into the flour and salt and jeera powder

Mix all the ingredients and pour little by little water and form a dough
Note: dough should be hard so that the snakarpara remain crisp - 5
Rest the dough for at least 60 mins and keep it in the refrigerator

Then after that divide the dough in 4 equal parts

Take one part and roll it with rolling pin and make it round like chapati but the chapati should be thick at least 1/2 inch thick

Cut it into small square pieces and keep it aside

Take a frying pan and heat the oil in that pan for frying

As the oil it heated fry all those pieces cut

Remove it from the oil as it turn a little 🟤 in color and keep it open till it is not cool
