I was inspired by some good recipes on Pinterest but in particular one on www.chelseasmessyapron.com, so I've just changed a few things.The whole batch is ~1,050 calories, so you can do the math for each muffin you make.

Made this with a cream cheese topping. Was awesome. B-)

You can use different cake mixes and different add ins. Make it your own if you wish but you will need the pumpkin no matter what. 😊
