Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  • 1/2 bowlBajra Flour
  • Gramflour 1/4 bowls
  • 1/4 bowlsWheat flour
  • 1 bowlMethi (fenugreek leaves)
  • 1 inch pieceGinger
  • 1Onion
  • 1Green chilli
  • as requiredSalt to taste
  • as requiredWater for kneading dough
  • 1/4 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspCarrom seeds
  • as requiredCooking Oil/ghee for shallow fry
  • as requiredButter for serving

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash, clean and chop fenugreek leaves in a mixing bowl. Peel, Wash and Chop onion and green chilli and grate ginger piece add in fenugreek leaves.

    Add all 3 flours and dry masale and mix well. Now knead a soft dough by adding water slowly. Cover it and keep aside for 15 minutes.

    Now knead the dough again for 1 minute. Divide it in 4 parts and shape it round ball.

    Dust the ball and Roll it round with the help of rolling pin.

    Put it on heated griddle. Roast on both sides for 2 minutes. Then apply ghee on both sides and shallow fry till crispie golden. Like wise make all the parathas.

    Serve hot with butter.

if you add wheat flour it is not gluten free.
