In a bowl add wheat flour, salt and water to make a dough. Give a rest for 10 minutes. Mashed gajar aloo sabji.

Divide the dough in equal ball of the size. Gentally roll and spread it put stuffing in the dough and close it. Roll it again dip in dry flour droll it our flat.

Heat a pan apply refine oil cook on both side. Remove and serve hot with curd, pickles, chay........
