Ingredients

  • 2 cupkheel
  • 1 cupboiled and mashed potatoes
  • 2 tspcorn flour
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1 tspfinely chopped green chilli
  • 1/4 tspchilli powder
  • as per requirementSalt to taste
  • as per tasteAmchur powder
  • as requiredOil for frying

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak kheel in water for 5 minutes. Drain water.

    Now take a bowl add all the ingredients except oil. Mix well. Shapes the cutlet.

    Now Deep fry the cutlets. Serve hot with ketchup, chutney and chay........
