I like this recipe for a quick Friday night meal.

Well since I'm in college, i have limited time for cooking. I've always loved grilled cheeses and different sauces and seasonings, so I experimented with different foods and came up with this.

Very quick prep! 4 main ingredients. The rest go on in a dash. Cook up some angel hair pasta and toss it in the juices with some marinara for a delicious side!

I learned this some years ago from an Italian chef. Ever since then, it has become one of my staple recipes.It's fine to use store-bought tomato and genovese pesto, but homemade sauces are best. Adding lots of chili or cayenne peppers is delicious, but adjust the amount to taste. Recipe by Brandy
