Instant Stuffed Green Chilli Pickle

Wash and dry the green chilies. Slit in the middle, discard seeds making a cavity. Do with all.

Coarsely grind all whole spices. Add half of the ground spices to the mashed potatoes, and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.

Now stuff the potato mix into the chilies, and prepare it all.

Heat oil in a pan till the smoking point. Add stuffed chilies. Fry on high flame till chilies got marks on them.

Lower the flame to low.Add all spices(except nigella and carom seeds)and salt.Saute few minutes till spices are well coated on chillies.Put off flame.

Take out and add nigella and carom seeds.Mix. leave for 5 minutes.Instant stuffed green chilli pickle is ready.

Serve.
