Grate Muli. Add a little salt and keep it for 10 mins. By that time knead the flour. Make a soft dough and keep it aside for 10 mins.

Squeezed out all the water from the grated mooli and all masalas and mix well. Make small equal portions of dough. Roll it about 6 inches. Keep the Masala in between. Seal it. And roll gently again.

Keep the tawa and put the paratha. Flip the side and add ghee or oil. Roast it well on both sides.

Now, this paratha is ready to be served with Dahi papad or aachar.
