Wash the potatoes very very well dice and boil them with little salt until tender

Drain the water and transfer them into a baking tray, sprinkle some oil and bake for 20 to 30 mins or until golden brown

Then for the sauce,, dice the liver into small chops and stir fry it, then dice the bell pepper and onion put on top and keep stirring

Add 3 to 4 tbsp of water,, then add the seasonings and spice, allow to cook for 5 mins

Then add the baked beans and stir, allow to simmer for 2 mins

Then serve and enjoy
