Crispy Karela (Bitter gourd) potatoes

First prepare the masala paste. Taka all the ingredients. Add 1/4 cup/ more water. Whisk and allow to rest.

In the meantime wah and chop bitter gourd and potatoes in roundels.

In a microwave oven safe glass container, boil for 1.5 minutes in the microwave oven, without water. Allow to cool.

Heat oil in a pan. Dip each pierce and shallow fry in medium to low flame till crispy. Serve hot the crispy Karela and potatoes with steamed rice/as snacks.
